ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more
than 2600 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills,
i.e., an Art

10 day residential courses offered regularly.
Children Courses
Children
can learn Anapana
Meditation - the first step of Vipassana. These courses
are for children between the age of 8 to 18 years. Courses also
organized in schools.
